Winter Holiday Cards are mailed out no between December 1 and December 15 unless otherwise specified.
Choose one of 10 of our Birthday Celebration Card designs to wish your clients a Happy Birthday.

Birthday Celebration Cards are mailed out to your client 7 days prior to their birthday unless otherwise specified.

FAQs

How is the Hassle-Free Holiday Card Solution pricing determined?
We charge a flat rate per card ($2.95) which includes the card of your choice, message, your company logo (optional), postage, and processing.

How long does the process take?
Once the card order is placed, our team goes to work right away and as long as we don’t have any questions for you or any issues with the file, card orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (excluding Sunday).


Are the messages inside of the cards handwritten or computer printed?
The entire card is computer printed, including the text. For signatures, we can choose a script font if you notify us at the time of your order. You also have the option of sending us your signature in a JPEG file that we can insert.

Can you prepare the cards and send them to me to send out?
No. All of our cards are printed, stuffed and mailed out from a distribution center. We utilize the SendOut Cards system. We do send a card to you along with the others that are sent out so that you have a copy of what was sent out for your files.


What is the difference between the two packages?
The Winter Holiday Card Solution package contains 10 designs to choose from that are geared to celebrate traditional winter holidays such as Christmas or New Years. There are specific cards for Christmas and New Year’s but there are other choices that include sentiments such as Seasons Greetings, Happy Holidays, and Happy Hanukkah.
The Birthday Celebration Card Solution package contains 10 designs to choose from that are geared specifically to celebrate client birthdays. Our designs range in style from traditional/conservative approach to humorous. Birthday cards are sent 7 days prior to the individual client’s birthday unless you notify us otherwise in writing at cards@hjkglobal.biz. Please note that the address file for this card solution will require an additional column with the client’s birthday (we only need month and day).


Can I have a custom card design?
Yes, you can provide us with your own custom artwork or even photos instead of our pre-selected options. There is an additional set up fee of $25.00. Artwork must be sent to us in a jpg, jpeg, png, or gif format and should be at minimum 2250x1613 pixels at 300 DPI. While we will do our best to ensure that the image that you send will make a professional impression, we are not responsible for any image errors or quality issues with the image itself. If you wish to have a single card sent to you in advance of your order, please make that request in the notes section of your order or send us an email at cards@hjkglobal.biz with your order number in the subject line. Please note that you must allow extra time for this process so we require that you place your order at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for you to receive your sample card and then notify us of approval to send the batch
Can I choose more than one design?
Each order will only allow for one design. If you want multiple designs, you will need to place an order for each one and segment your list so our team knows who to send a particular design.

I want to include my company logo.
Can I do that?

Yes, you may include your company logo at no extra charge. We will place the logo image in your card below your signature along with any other contact details you request at the time of your order. Logo artwork must be in a jpg, jpeg, png, or gif format and should be at minimum 2250x1613 pixels at 300 DPI.


What format should the addresses be sent?
Your contact list should be uploaded to us in either Excel or CSV (comma delimited) format. Columns should be: First name(s), Last name, Street Address Line 1, Street Address Line 2, City, State, Zip. If you wish to send a card to an entire family, then the First name column should say ‘The and the Last name column should simply have the word ‘Family’. There must be something in every column with the exception of Street Address Line 2. To download a template to use as a guide, please click HERE.
Please note: If your file is not formatted correctly, our team will notify you and your order will be placed on hold. You will have the option to either correct the formatting or you can have our team do that for you for an additional fee. Our file conversion fee is $35.00 per 100 contacts.


What happens if the address is wrong?
You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses in your contact list so we suggest that you verify the file before you upload it. If a card is returned to you or returned to our office, there is no refund. If we are notified of a returned card, we will send you an email so you will know to update your records.


Can I send something in the card like a gift card?
At this time, you may choose to include either a $5 or $10 Starbucks gift card. If you wish to send a gift card to only part of your list, we suggest that you add a column to your address spreadsheet that lets our team clearly know who should receive one or you can place separate orders, one for people who will get cards and one for people who won’t.


What if I want to include something other than a Starbucks card?
We do have other options available but for simplicity sake, we have chosen to only list the Starbucks card option. For a custom solution, we ask that you contact our Client Care Team at cards@hjkglobal.biz and a member of our team will schedule a call to discuss your specific requests.


Do you send cards outside of the U.S.?
The order form on the site is for US addresses only however we are able to send cards to Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. Rates for those will vary based on destination. To inquire about your international mailing needs, please contact our Client Care Team at cards@hjkglobal.biz.
